IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR BENEFIT CHECK:
If you have not received your monthly benefit check by
the fifth working day of the month you should take the
following steps:
- Notify LASERS in writing that you wish to have the check
reissued.
- The written notification must include your name, social
security number and signature.
- To avoid this problem in the future, you may want to
consider using direct deposit for your benefit check,
which guarantees your benefit check will be in your bank
or credit union on the first business day of the month.
